Darryl and Brian were amazing!! Both great guys and very knowledgeable. Had everything ready when we got there to buy my new bike. Went through the process before we made the 3 hour drive to see them. It was worth the trip. Couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. Thank you powersports northwest and thank you again Brian and Darryl. I think my daughter was just as excited as I was when she saw.

I think your new web site is fantastic. Easy to get around on and very informative. Who ever set it up for you did an outstanding job and is one on the best I've looked at. Also I'd like to say that every time I've been to your business for accessories or work to be performed on my (opps!!!) Kawasaki, I've always been treated right and received all the help your employees could give. I may be in shortly to check on replacing the Kawasaki with one of your Yamahas (the V Star Silverado looks awfully good).

I've been dealing with PSNW for 25 years. They are always ready and willing to go the extra mile to provide the best deal, whether it's buying a new bike, rushing a repair, or dealing with warranty issues. I'd never go to another dealer!

Although I have not purchased a bike from PowerSports Northwest (YET!), I have always bought my parts there over the years for all my past bikes (including a KZ-650, a GS-750, and a Nighthawk 750 among others). I've found through experience that PowerSports Norhtwest has always had the friendliest phone staff and parts people in the entire NorthWest! They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, very honest, and speak to me like a friend and not just a customer. It's been several years since I have bought anything there only because I haven't had a bike, but I do plan to purchace one very soon and am willing to drive all the way from Tacoma to PowerSports Northwest FIRST because I know I will be treated with respect and honesty by their sales staff, and given a fair price on a used bike. I once rode my 82 GS-750 all the way from Port Angeles to purchase a clutch pack from PowerSports! Why? Because of the way I was treated on the phone, and because they had the best price! If you haven't had the chance to deal with this store, you don't know what you're missing! You will NOT find a better price, a friendlier parts counter staff, or as big of a used inventory as PowerSports Northwest! Trust me, it's worth the drive/ride if you live anywhere within a hundred mile radius or ever farther! I was ripped off by the service department at a dealer in Lacey (paid for service that a local friend/bike mechanic pointed out was NEVER done!) so I will begin to ride to PowerSports NorthWest without hesitation if I ever need service in the future. PSNW gets my 5 stars! I would give more if I could. This is truly a professional store that deserves all the well-deserved praise it can get.

PSNW has gone out of their way to help me with locating bikes and parts. From finding bikes at other dealers to shipping parts to the track. I have had offers from other dealers to race for them but they all lacked the small shop feel. I cant say enuogh about the friendly service from start to finish. Other shops could take a lesson. My hats off to you!

Incredible...amazing....fantastic. Look I could go on and use every superlative to describe my experience with Powersports Northwest. Brian never tried to up-sale me, dealt with me honestly and fairly. I was stunned.....other dealers are NOT like this!!! After 6 months of looking for a decent deal I found a GREAT deal here and was treated like family. If you are in the market for a bike and you don't check with Brian first, you need your head examined. Seriously.

Bought used Star Raider from Brian, bike is beautiful but not flawless and I had no surprises after I made the drive up from the Mid-Willamette valley in Oregon as Brian hadn't tried to sugar coat the slight damage and chips caused by careless treatment from the previous owner. I had had questions for members of all departments and everybody, like Brian, were fair and honest. I wasn't worried when I left the dealership that I had been treated differently than if I were a regular, even if I do live 150 miles away. Although PNW's organized finance manager Jim Bays was confident retitling my bike in Oregon would be no sweat I was happy when paperwork I was provided with went through Oregon DMV in one trip

Super easy to deal with, reliable service tech's, the work I needed done was fast and correct, I left there knowing I will be doing more buisness with them in the near future. Its difficult to find reasonable rates and quality work in the same shop. Top Notch Guys Thanks again Wes Casto

I bought a Honda generator from Powersports NW and had an issue with a rough idle. I called them after hours, left a message about, and got a call back as soon as they opened the next business day. They went above and beyond to address the issue and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely do business with them again.
